If you are unable to come to our store then please use our mail in form .Please fill up the form  and ship your device We strongly suggest you insure and track your package. Once your device has been received, we will review your form, diagnose the device and give you an estimated time frame and charges for completion of repairs. Most repairs are completed the same day they are received.
